Compulsory Deposit

1. Every person, on becoming a member of the Society, under the Bye-Laws shall contribute to the CD, (Minimum amount: Rs. 1000/- per month) for which 3.6% interest per annum is paid annually. CD may be deposited on or before 15th of every month (otherwise Rs.10/- per month will be charged as late charge/fine.
2. If the CD amount is 1,20,000/-, the interest rate will be 3.6%, while if it is greater than 1,20001/-, the interest rate will be 4.6%.
3. CD payment habit is one of the main factors for consideration/sanction of a loan. In case of irregular payment, there is a chance for rejection of loan application or the amount of loan shall be decreased based on the applicant’s payment habit.

Welfare Deposit

At the time of acquiring the membership the individual has to deposit Rs.2000/- as Welfare Deposit. The amount will be refunded to member at the time of cessation from membership.

Welfare Deposit Fund

  1. An insurance of Rs. 25000/- in case of death of member will be paid to his/her nominee against welfare deposit fund.
  2. The various welfare schemes are funded from Welfare Deposit Fund. The following benefits provided from this fund:-

            (i)         Meritorious Award of Rs. 1100/- to member’s children on securing 90% plus marks in 10th & 12th Board.

            (ii)       Marriage Sagan: - An amount of Rs 2100/- will be paid as a sagan on marriage of member (self) and on upto 02 children’s of the members.

 

Benevolent Fund

BENEVOLENT FUND: - As its name suggest benevolent fund is utilised to provide various welfare activities to facilitate members of the Society. This fund is funded by taking 0.5% of loan amount applied by the members. The following benefits are provided to members from this fund.

            (i)         In case of death of member, the balance loan amount if any will be written-off from Benevolent fund. No claim will be made against nominee or other family members of the deceased member.

            (ii)        An amount upto Rs.7500/- paid as a gratuity to retiring member from this fund, subject to fulfilment of minimum membership with the Society. This fund paid to all retiring members as long term association with the Society.
